state. From the seat of your canoe or kayak you’ll witness deeply cut river valleys with towering cliffs, welcoming
sandbars, and wetlands rich with wildlife.
Mark and Merri have created this two hour, two disc, video guide book in order to give its viewers a better idea
of what they can expect while paddling these streams. Some of the rivers shown are slow and peaceful, while
others are fast moving with a fun, challenging current.
This guide includes; Shuttle directions with maps to follow, a comprehensive description of acceptable water
levels along with where to find the current gauge data on the internet, and an overview of existing hazards and
rapids. Most importantly, by watching the individual river vignettes you’ll be able to judge for yourself if you are
up to whatever challenges the river may present, and in turn, can paddle it safely.
Streams featured on the DVD include:

Join Morrall River Films as they paddle 30 day trips on 26 rivers, all located in the beautiful geologically
diverse region of Southern Wisconsin. Here you'll find a wide range of topography and scenery, from the
rivers to the west that have carved their path through tall rocky bluffs to the ones in the southeast coursing
their way through the abundant lakes, ponds, and wildlife rich wetlands.
They created this two hour, two disc DVD guide book as a more substantial method for getting a feel for
paddling these streams. You can read a book or view maps but that won't give you a proper perspective on
what the river is really like. This DVD will broaden the scope. Use it as a tool to match your own paddling
experience and skill level to your trip desires.
Each one of the 30 short river films on the discs range from 3 1/2, to 4 1/2 minutes in length. The trips themselves
range from 7 to 12 miles in length, or between 3 and 6 hours of slow, enjoyable paddling. Information featured in
this guide include: shuttle driving directions, locations of access points, safe water levels, and hazards such as
dams, rapids, and log jams.
